Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with EarthToBed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Returned with the original packaging, accessories, cords, and instructions.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your EarthToBed order number.

For hygiene reasons, used or washed grounding bedsheets cannot normally be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, contact us at support@earthtobed.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. EarthToBed will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the problem was caused by an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without their original cords, accessories, or packaging.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance, unless damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. EarthToBed is not responsible for return packages that are lost before reaching the approved return location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

If you have not received an approved refund after checking with your bank or payment provider, contact us at support@earthtobed.com.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact our support team. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

In some cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
