Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with EarthToBed. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, periods of high demand, or when additional order verification is required.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations and delivery methods are displayed during checkout based on the shipping address entered.
We may be unable to ship certain products to some locations because of carrier restrictions, local regulations, or service availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may depend on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, order value, product quantity, package weight, or available promotions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery dates or transit times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label has been created. A tracking status showing no movement immediately after shipment does not necessarily mean that the package has not been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, country, email address, and telephone number before submitting your order.
Contact us immediately at support@earthtobed.com if you notice an address error. We will try to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
EarthToBed is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in more than one package. When this happens, each package may have a separate tracking number and may arrive on a different date.
Shipping Delays
If we become aware of a significant delay before your order has shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.
Where required by applicable law, customers may be given the choice to accept an updated shipping date or cancel the affected order for a refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@earthtobed.com.
Please include:
- Your full name.
- Your EarthToBed order number.
- Your shipping address.
- The tracking number, if available.
We may ask the carrier to investigate the shipment. Carrier investigations can require additional processing time.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location and any secure package areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception staff.
- Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.
After completing these steps, contact EarthToBed support so we can review the order and determine what assistance may be available.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the package or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@earthtobed.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, damaged item, and any affected accessories.
Keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed, as it may be required for a carrier claim.
International Shipping
Where international shipping is available, delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, local carrier processing, and destination-country requirements.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
EarthToBed does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities or local carriers.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to the sender when delivery is refused, the address is incomplete, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, or customs charges are not paid.
If a package is returned to us, we will review the order and contact you regarding available options. Original shipping charges and return-to-sender fees may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled. You may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the order.
